I spent several years on the air doing various shifts, off the air as MD, APD and even News Director, all while being the de facto Production Director at stations in Utah, Washington, DC and Baltimore. It wasn't until a mixup in contracts kept me from assuming my new mid-day on-air duties at Z100 and instead kept me in the production studio for a year. Once the contract situation had been resolved, I decided I was right where I belonged and after 30 years in that seat, I finally left the corporate world and now consult and do voice work from my home in Austin, Texas.
